A única vantagem do design dual run capacitor é que ele vem em um pacote pequeno com apenas 3 conexões. Não há outra diferença.

Se não houver espaço suficiente para a montagem, usando dois capacitores de execução separadas no lugar do seu capacitor de dupla funcionamento original é uma prática aceitável em uma pitada e até mesmo como uma solução permanente.
